On last night's show, part two of a two-part episode, Dr. Gregory House picks up where he left off, racking his accident-addled brain to solve the mystery behind a bus crash. He's realized that Amber, his former employee -- and current girlfriend of his best friend, Wilson -- was the passenger he'd been trying to save on the ill-fated bus. But for the life of him, he can't figure out why they were on the bus together. A sordid affair? Random chance? House comes to realize, with help from guest star Fred Durst (no, really), that it was neither. A Scotch-soaked House dialed Wilson for a designated driver. Fate found girlfriend Amber home to answer the call.

Amy Winehouse and new BFF Pete Doherty posted yet another bizarre YouTube video today. In the latest, puzzling installment, Wino uses her lost-little-girl voice to speak through a just-born rodent. Her message? A plea to husband Blake "Incarcerated" Fielder-Civil: "Blake, please don't divorce Mummy. She loves you ever so." Watch for it around 1:25.

Academy Award-nominated actor Heath Ledger was found dead in New York today from an apparent drug overdose. He was 28.

Though he was most well-known for roles in 'Brokeback Mountain,' 'Monster's Ball' and his hotly anticipated turn as the Joker in the upcoming Batman film 'The Dark Knight,' Ledger was also a music lover. He founded his own record label with singer-songwriter Ben Harper and played one of the many faces of Bob Dylan in 2007's 'I'm Not There.'

The 22-year-old singer is "in a state of shock" after losing her baby. Allen had just returned from a vacation in the Maldives with her partner, musician Ed Simons of the Chemical Brothers.

Allen's representative told The Sun, "We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage. She and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further comment and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time."

Her debut album, 'Alright, Still,' is nominated for a Grammy. She is expected to release its follow-up later this year.
