The Lemonheads Visit the Interface
Evan Dando, the lone Lemonhead (and legend), was in our office studio today. He played f'n three songs, including a brand-new number from his forthcoming effort 'The Lemonheads.'

He even played 'My Drug Buddy'!
Interface setlist:
1. 'Why Do You Do This To Yourself'
2. 'No Backbone'
3. 'My Drug Buddy '

If you are wondering if he still has it, the answer is a resounding, "Hell yeah!" His voice still carries that distinctive, raw urgency and his music still meshes punk energy with melodic pop.
Mr. Dando also talked about his future plans, working with Bill Stevenson of the Descendents and more. The Interface performance will be up on September 9, followed by the new Lemonheads album and tour.

Can't wait to hear 'No Backbone'.

But I know I'll end up settling for a less than perfect fit."

amazing... every time i hear of evan sing an acoustic lemonheads track (for a millionth time mind you) it's like hearing it again for the first time. it will always be a pleasure to have evan strumming tunes by himself or with accompaniment... thank you for returning so soon.
